Police seek man in connection with Norfolk Drive incident   

Police are looking for a man officers said offered a middle schooler a ride mid-morning Wednesday.

According to Fitchburg police, at approximately 10:15 a.m. a white man driving a black car asked a 12-year-old boy waiting for a school bus on the 5700 block of Norfolk Drive if he wanted a ride.

Officers said they would like to speak with the man, however, the agency did note that there was no indication that the crime of child enticement had occurred.

Fitchburg police asked anyone with information to call the department at 608-270-4300.
